Questions and answers
Do unused Pro minutes carry over?
No, Pro minutes reset every month. Pack minutes never expire, and you can add a pack on top of Pro.
What is premium recognition?
Premium quality uses a more accurate speech recognition model: it catches more swear words and places the bleeps more precisely.
How are free minutes counted?
Per day, shared by your device, your network and, once you sign in, your account. They reset every day at 00:00 UTC.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, anytime. Pro stays active until the end of the paid month.
How minutes are used
- Promo-code minutes go first and count as pack minutes.
- A file uses either promo-code minutes or today's free minutes, never a mix.
- If your promo-code minutes don't cover a file, you can process it for free in standard quality when today's free minutes cover the whole file. Otherwise we show how many minutes are missing.
- Promo-code minutes get premium quality. Free minutes use standard quality.
